As a Senior Care Assistant at HC‑One in Morpeth (NE61), you’ll put kindness at the heart of practical, person‑centred care across dementia, nursing and residential settings. The role involves planning and delivering tailored care that protects residents’ dignity and independence, leading a team of Care Assistants, supporting Registered Nurses and the Care Manager with medication and end‑of‑life care, and organising social and mental stimulation activities. Accurate record‑keeping, good time management and building strong relationships with residents and their families are key; experience of dementia care and an S/NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 in Adult Social Care is desirable, and full training and support towards qualifications are provided. This permanent role offers full‑ and part‑time contracts, day, night and bank shifts, a welcome bonus of £1,000 for day/night/bank positions and pays £13.50–£14.10 per hour; an enhanced DBS check is required.
