Play a central role with ELM Alliance Ltd supporting the delivery of GP Extended Access across clinical hubs in Middlesbrough and Redcar. You’ll work alongside the Service Coordinator to manage day-to-day operations across four hubs: coordinating clinical and non-clinical staff, acting as first point of contact during service hours, training and inducting locums and new starters, and keeping equipment, emergency drugs and trolleys fully stocked. The role involves troubleshooting IT and telephone systems (SystmOne and voice-recording), covering reception (including occasional overnight out‑of‑hours shifts), maintaining accurate staff records, monitoring patient flows, supporting audits, policies and incident/complaint investigations, and liaising with colleagues to keep services running smoothly. Part-time permanent posts are available (up to 25 hours/week) at £12.80–£14.25 per hour.
