As MSK Clinical Lead Physiotherapist you will join a small team of Clinical Leads within Leicestershire Partnership NHS Trust’s Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy Service, based at Hinckley Hub (Hinckley, LE10). This senior Band 7 role combines hands-on clinical practice with leadership duties: you will hold a designated caseload while providing advanced clinical reasoning, supervision and specialist advice to clinicians, leading audit and quality improvement projects, and working with Team Leads and the Service Manager to assure safety and drive service development across Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland. The post is permanent, full-time, pays £47,810–£54,710 and carries statutory checks such as a DBS and a six-month probationary period; flexible working patterns are considered to support life commitments.
