Take a senior estates leadership role overseeing the final stages of a major PFI exit across Lewisham and Woolwich hospitals. As Estates Programme Manager PFI (Band 8b, full‑time, 18‑month fixed term) you will report to the Head of Contracts & Performance and lead contract monitoring, compliance and options appraisal for Queen Elizabeth Hospital (Woolwich) and the Riverside PFI at Lewisham University Hospital. The post carries clear governance duties – monthly formal reporting to the Programme Board – and involves close collaboration with clinical teams, finance, external partners and supply chain colleagues to shape post‑PFI investment and estates delivery models that affect patient services on the ground.
