Job summary
We are looking to recruit a Business Support Administratorinto the Torridge TALKWORKS Team. We are a large and high performing NHSTalking Therapies Service.We are looking for an enthusiastic team player who is friendly, empathic, with a good sense of humour and acommitment to our local services here in Devon. The team covers a largegeographical area and we strive to maintain a strong and healthy team culture.We need the post holder to beable to work Monday to Friday from our office in Barnstaple, with the possibility of one of these day working from home.The post holder will need a good telephone manner, because therole involves responding to clients phoning into the service, and processingreferrals, and making calls to clients. The role also requires theaccurate entry of confidential and sensitive data into clinical record systems.The role requires a high degree of organisational skills andexcellent working knowledge of administrative systems.

Main duties of the job
The key tasks of the role are:Processing incoming referrals to TALKWORKSCovering the reception at 109 Boutport StreetAnswering incoming calls from patients and professionalsBooking, cancelling and amending appointmentsLiaising with the local and wider TALKWORKS teamsSupporting the running of the building including liaising withestates and the building landlord.Contributing to team meetings and eventsWorking collaboratively with cliniciansGeneral office admin tasks including taking team meeting minutes
