Based at the Mary Seacole Building in Willerby (HU10 6ED), Humber Teaching NHS Foundation Trust seeks an Estates Projects Officer to manage delegated capital and revenue schemes from inception to completion. This Band 6, permanent role (salary £38,682–£46,580) suits an organised, technically‑minded professional with estates or construction project experience. You will prepare design briefs, CAD/BIM drawings and room data, lead procurement and tender processes, manage contractors and consultants, carry out site surveys and audits (including DDA, CQC and ligature checks), and act as Deputy Responsible Person for water safety and asbestos on capital projects. Strong knowledge of Building Regulations, CDM 2015, contract forms (JCT/NEC3), financial governance and Microsoft Project is essential.
