Based at West Leeds Family Practice in Pudsey (LS28), the Receptionist/Primary Care Team Member role combines front‑of‑house patient care with vital clinical administration across three local sites. You will welcome and manage patients, handle appointment bookings and cancellations, process prescriptions and private service payments, and support registrations and records work including scanning, coding and uploading notes. The post works within an online triage model: you will be trained in care navigation and work alongside GPs to prioritise and direct patients, process e‑consultations and visit requests, and liaise with other health professionals to keep care on track.

This permanent role is offered full‑ or part‑time at £12.21–£12.50 per hour depending on experience and comes with structured training, staff social events and close working with GP registrars and medical students in a friendly, high‑performing practice serving a varied patient population. It’s ideal for compassionate, organised people — especially carers and women seeking meaningful, steady work with development opportunities in primary care. A DBS check is required and applications requiring Skilled Worker sponsorship will be considered.
