A senior psychological post within Devon Partnership NHS Trust’s Specialist Community Eating Disorders Service (CEDS), based in Exeter EX2 5AF, supporting adults with moderate to severe eating disorders. The Principle Clinical/Counselling Psychologist/Psychological Therapist will carry a specialist caseload, deliver formulation‑driven, evidence‑based interventions and undertake complex assessments where comorbidity (for example autism) is present. You will work across a fully integrated multi‑disciplinary team – including psychiatrists, dietitians, peer support and assistant psychologists – provide clinical leadership and supervision, contribute to service development, audits and quality improvement, and be prepared to travel across the Devon footprint as needed. Experience in CBT‑E or MANTRA is desirable; funded therapy training is available for the right candidate.

This role suits an HCPC‑registered Clinical or Counselling Psychologist (doctoral level) or a Psychological Therapist (master’s level or equivalent, e.g. BABCP) who wants a permanent, Band 8a post (£55,690–£62,682) with flexible working options and genuine scope to shape local services for patients, families and carers.
