Maintenance Worker - York with York Teaching Hospital Facilities Management (LLP). Based at York Hospital (YO31) this permanent, full‑time Band 3 role (37.5 hours per week) offers a salary of £24,937–£26,598 and hands‑on work across the Trust’s clinical and non‑clinical estates. You will carry out Portable Appliance Testing (PAT), service thermostatic devices, perform fault‑finding, soldering and calibration, maintain plant rooms and workshops, and at times work at heights or in confined spaces with training and appropriate protective equipment. The role requires a Level 2 technical qualification (NVQ/BTEC/City & Guilds or equivalent) and a current full driving licence (category B) to travel independently between Trust sites.
