Work as a Community Healthcare Support Worker across Harrogate (HG1) and the rural district, supporting patients in the comfort of their own homes. Based in one of four Community Care Teams, you’ll work flexible shifts between 7am and 8pm, with full- and part-time options, helping to assess health and social care needs, take and interpret measurements and samples as delegated, monitor changes and feed back to the clinical team, and assist in planning, delivering and evaluating nursing and rehabilitation care according to individual care plans. This role suits experienced healthcare support workers or people with caring experience who hold (or are willing to undertake) an NVQ Level 3 equivalent and who have a full UK driving licence to meet service needs.
