Take a senior clinical step with the Ministry of Defence’s Defence Medical Services as a Band 7 Senior Mental Health Practitioner based at RAF Brize Norton, Carterton OX18 3LX. You’ll work full time (37.5 hrs) within a multi‑disciplinary Department of Community Mental Health, delivering specialist psychological assessment and CBT‑based interventions to Service and entitled personnel across face‑to‑face, group and digital platforms. The role includes clinical supervision of junior therapists, acting as a clinical resource to MOs/GPs and command, leading outcome measurement, audits and service evaluation, and deputising for the team manager. Flexibility is expected across a local network of sites and core hours are 08:00–17:00.
