Step into a senior Emergency Nurse / Care Practitioner role at North Bristol NHS Trust based at Southmead Hospital (BS10 5NB). This Band 7 permanent post is open to registered nurses or paramedics with ENP/APICA or equivalent and at least two years at Band 6. You will independently assess, investigate, diagnose and treat patients across the Minor Injuries Unit, Ambulatory Unit and Emergency Department, providing clinical leadership, managing shifts and supporting safe, evidence-based care. Shifts run across seven days, typically 10–12 hours between 07:00 and 23:00, with both full- and part-time options available. The role offers involvement in service improvement, audit and team development in a major regional Trauma Centre.
