Senior Administrator with Torbay and South Devon NHS Foundation Trust, based at Springfield Court in Barnstaple (EX31), supporting Child and Family Health Devon’s mental health services. This permanent, part‑time role (18.75 hours per week) sits within the North Devon Business Support function and combines office‑based work with occasional support for countywide services. Day‑to‑day duties include providing friendly, professional customer service by handling telephone enquiries and correspondence, processing referrals and maintaining caseloads, diary management and clinic planning alongside clinicians, preparing electronic files, producing letters and reports, and helping with data compilation using NHS electronic systems.
