Support the Community Physiotherapy Teams across Dorset as a Physiotherapy Administrator based at St Leonards (BH24) for Dorset HealthCare University NHS Foundation Trust. This permanent Agenda for Change Band 2 post (£24,465 pa) involves diary coordination, booking and rescheduling patient appointments, sending letters, managing telephone and incoming mail, and maintaining confidential electronic and paper records using the Trust’s computer systems. You’ll need strong IT skills (RSA/NVQ level 2 or equivalent desirable), excellent communication, a methodical approach and the ability to prioritise in a busy, team-focused environment. A DBS check is required and candidates needing Skilled Worker sponsorship are ineligible.
