This Band 3 Healthcare Assistant role (fixed‑term, 3 months) offers full‑time (37 hours) or part‑time patterns, with a salary of £24,937–£26,598 pro rata. The post involves hands‑on clinical support planned and assessed by Registered Nurses, undertaking duties under indirect supervision, assisting with day‑to‑day care sensitive to individual needs, and contributing to resource management. Rotational shift patterns include nights (19:30–08:00) and long days (07:30–20:00), with weekend and bank‑holiday working. Essential requirements include NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) and relevant clinical skills (for example venepuncture, blood transfusion, ANTT), previous hospital or care‑setting experience and a satisfactory DBS check. A Selection Day will be held at Carew House, Bodmin on 21 November 2025 (morning or afternoon to be confirmed).
