Lead a highly motivated Care Coordinator team from our Wokingham base, shaping how complex, person‑centred care is organised and delivered. You’ll coach and develop staff through regular 1:1s and team meetings, manage complex rotas, compliance and recruitment‑matching, and act as the senior point of escalation while working with stakeholders to improve rota efficiency, financial accuracy and system use. You’ll need a minimum of four years’ team management experience in care coordination or operational health/social care, strong knowledge of payroll, billing and rota logistics, confidence with care management systems (eg One Touch) and Microsoft Office, plus a full driving licence and access to your own transport.
