Provide compassionate, hands‑on care as a Healthcare Assistant on surgical and inpatient wards at Worcestershire Royal Hospital (Worcester, WR5) with Worcestershire Acute Hospitals NHS Trust. Working alongside registered nurses you will assist with washing, dressing, feeding and mobilisation, take routine observations and support admissions, tests and treatment preparation. The role includes sensitive duties such as end‑of‑life care and preparing deceased patients, so emotional resilience, respect and discretion are essential. Shifts run 24/7 across medical and surgical specialities (trauma, orthopaedics, emergency and elective surgery, urology and gynaecology), so flexibility to work days, nights and weekends is required; training and support will be provided, and previous care experience isn’t mandatory.
