Lead Children and Young Person's Nurse (CYP) at Nuffield Health Leicester (Scraptoft Lane, LE5 1HY) is a permanent, full‑time leadership post (37.5 hours per week) with salary dependent on experience. You will take operational and clinical accountability for the CYP service, lead and coach a team of specialist nurses, work closely with the Group Lead Nurse, senior management and consultant partners, and deliver high‑quality, family‑centred care across a variety of paediatric specialties. The role combines hands‑on nursing with service development, giving you time and scope to make a real difference to children and their families in a hospital rated 'Good' by the CQC.
This opportunity is for an NMC‑registered nurse with extensive post‑registration experience in a children's ward setting; ILS/ALS skills or a willingness to train are desirable. Nuffield Health offers a staff wellbeing package — free gym membership, health assessments, retail discounts and pension options — and a supportive culture that values clinical leadership and development. DBS checks apply and skilled worker sponsorship will be considered. If this role fits your next step, please click the "Apply Now" button to start your application.
