Job description
You will deliver hands‑on, person‑centred care as part of a multidisciplinary team: observing, reporting and recording changes in physical and mental health, supporting daily living activities, following Mental Health Act principles, facilitating social and therapeutic engagement, escorting patients as directed and contributing to assessment, planning and evaluation of care.
