As an Assistant Patient Pathway Coordinator at Kingston and Richmond NHS Foundation Trust you’ll join the Audiology, ENT and Oral Services administration team to keep patient journeys moving smoothly. You’ll process and log referrals (paper and Choose and Book), schedule new and follow‑up appointments with the most appropriate clinician, request diagnostics (including at other trusts), use CRS for admissions, and manage elective bookings. A key part of the role is using the 18‑week RTT framework and validating the PTL to ensure patients receive timely treatment; you’ll escalate capacity or pathway issues to the Patient Pathway Coordinator when needed. GCSEs in English and Maths, NHS experience and a DBS check are required for this Band 3 position.
This permanent, full‑time post at Kingston Hospital (KT2) offers a competitive Band 3 salary of £29,651–£31,312 pro rata (incl. HCAS) and a supportive NHS environment focused on development and wellbeing. The Trust provides strong staff support — from an on‑site nursery and wellbeing classes to a dedicated physiotherapist and 24/7 employee assistance — and encourages involvement in research and quality improvement. The role suits organised carers and those who want a steady, meaningful admin role with direct impact on patient care.
