Make a real difference to people living with COPD in Abbey Wood with Oxleas NHS Foundation Trust. This permanent, part-time Healthcare Assistant role (Band 3, £29,651–£31,312 pro rata) is a job share for two days per week within the Community COPD team, supporting Matrons, Associate Matrons and Physiotherapists. You will split your time between patient-facing care and essential administration — measuring observations (oxygen saturations, BP, weight), managing a small caseload, completing home risk assessments for oxygen patients and assisting with pulmonary rehabilitation sessions. Please note we are currently unable to offer a certificate of sponsorship for this post; the role also requires an enhanced DBS check and a full driving licence for community visits.
