Based in Sussex (IRC Gatwick, RH6) this permanent, full‑time Health & Justice Support, Time, Recovery Worker (Band 3, £24,937–£26,598) with Midlands Partnership NHS Foundation Trust supports people preparing for release from the Immigration Removal Centre and helps them reconnect with health services. The role covers custody suites, courts, HMP Lewes, HMP Ford and community settings across a wide geographic area, works with ages 10+, and is subject to Disclosure and Barring Service checks and further police vetting. Please note the post is not eligible for sponsorship.
You will carry out timely assessments, provide short‑term interventions, liaise with families and partner agencies, contribute to care planning and quality assurance, and help inform sentencing and disposal decisions where appropriate.
