Main duties of the job
Nursing Care (Band 3 SHCSW - Theatres)Provide clinical and therapeutic care within protocols, using your judgement as appropriate.Perform key duties independently: infection control, theatre preparation and cleaning, equipment checks, instrument handling, patient transfers.Support patient care (including positioning for surgery), follow care plans, and work as part of a multidisciplinary team.Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively.Adhere to Trust safety and infection control policies.Expect exposure to bodily fluids and distressed patients.Full
