Patient Access Coordinator – Nuclear Medicine at Guy’s and St Thomas’ NHS Foundation Trust, Westminster Bridge Road, London (SE1). This full‑time Band 3 role (37.5 hours/week) offers a salary of £30,546–£32,207 and is initially fixed‑term for 12 months, working on a rota (typically 8:30–16:30 or 09:00–17:00 as required). You will be the first point of contact for patients accessing the Trust’s Nuclear Medicine services, providing high‑quality administrative support: booking and scheduling outpatient appointments according to clinical urgency, handling face‑to‑face and telephone queries, arranging reminders and additional support (for example interpreting services), and liaising closely with clinical and specialty teams to help meet waiting‑time targets. The role suits someone calm under pressure with attention to detail, excellent customer care and confident IT skills; a DBS check is required.

This opportunity will suit experienced customer‑facing staff, carers and women looking for a purposeful, well‑structured role where empathy and organisation make a real difference to patient care. You’ll work within a highly regarded department that supports thyroid clinics, inpatient services and osteoporosis screening, and benefit from being part of one of the UK’s largest NHS Trusts with strong learning and development pathways. If you’re ready to use your communication skills, accuracy and initiative to support patients through their care pathway, find this role on jobsincare.com and click the “Apply Now” button alongside this advert to submit your application.
