Lead a busy, friendly reception team at Priory View Medical Centre in New Wortley, Leeds (LS12 1HU). This part‑time, permanent Team Leader role oversees reception rotas, supervises daily front‑of‑house activity and handles escalated patient queries while working alongside staff on the desk and telephone. You’ll keep SOPs up to date, coordinate training with the Practice Administrator and IT, manage call volumes via Redcentric, and ensure the reception area runs efficiently for a patient list of around 9,000. The role suits someone with supervisory experience, strong communication and delegation skills, and the discretion to handle confidential information.
