Tyntesfield Medical Group is seeking a Management Support Assistant (HR & Compliance) to provide hands‑on HR and compliance support across its North Somerset GP sites. This permanent, full‑time role (37.5 hours per week, Monday–Friday) pays £14 an hour and reports to the HR Manager and Executive Manager. Your day‑to‑day will include HR administration, recruitment and induction support, accurate employee record‑keeping in line with GDPR, monitoring mandatory deadlines (appraisals, revalidation, certifications), and assisting with audits and compliance tasks involving NHS England and CQC under senior direction. Strong IT skills, attention to detail, discretion and an interest in healthcare HR are key; the post will require a DBS check.
