Job summary
37.5hrs per week, Monday - FridayWe'reseeking a proactive Management Support Assistant to join our GP practice,supporting the management team with HR and compliance. You'll handle HR administration, supportrecruitment and induction, maintain employee records, and assist withcompliance tasks, including audits and policy monitoring. The ideal candidate should be organised,detail-oriented, IT-savvy, and familiar with HR and healthcare regulations. This is a key role that contributes to thesmooth operation of our practice within a friendly and collaborative team.

The purpose of the role is to provide HR and Compliancesupport to the HR Manager and Executive Manager.
