As a Mental Health Support Worker based in Bromborough (CH622AF), you will work full time (37.5 hours) supporting young people aged 16–30 with complex mental health needs, including personality disorder, disordered eating and CPTSD. The role involves promoting independence through practical support with education, daily living, meal preparation, shopping and community activities, as well as managing medication, updating online care records and writing basic reports. Shifts include weekends and bank holidays; you must hold a full UK manual driving licence (automatics not accepted) and be willing to drive the service car. Salary is £24,570–£25,662 per annum (dependant on experience) on a permanent contract, and the post requires resilience, calmness in emergencies and strong communication skills.
