This Administration Assistant role at Berkshire Healthcare Foundation Trust in Bracknell (RG12) is an office-based, permanent position supporting the Community Dental Service. You will process dental referrals (electronically and by post), create and update patient records using clinical software (Sensei training provided), handle incoming post, calls and emails, and prepare reports, audits and service activity information. As first point of contact you will answer enquiries with calm, clear communication and empathy, helping callers who may have hearing, language or emotional barriers. The post is full-time (37.5 hours per week, Monday–Friday, 08:30–17:00), Band 3 salary £26,240–£27,928 (incl. HCAS) and is subject to a DBS check. Ideal candidates will have GCSE-level English, good keyboard and Microsoft Office skills, experience of working with the public or in a customer/health service setting, and strong organisation and word‑processing abilities.
