Support the Community Therapy Team as a Band 4 Co-ordinator, handling incoming referrals, booking appointments, making patient and professional phone calls, and helping manage waiting lists and visit allocations across Horsham, Crawley and Mid Sussex (RH12 2DR). You will update and maintain accurate clinical records, use shared inboxes and recognised IT packages (training provided), undertake basic data and statistical tasks, and work closely with the multidisciplinary team. The post is permanent, part‑time with flexible working options, salary £27,485–£30,162 (pro rata), and subject to a DBS check.
