Job description
This permanent, full‑time role is Agenda for Change Band 4 (salary £27,485–£30,162 per annum pro rata) and suits experienced HCAs, social care workers or carers with NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) and at least two years’ healthcare experience who value person‑centred practice and good communication skills.
