Step into a stimulating psychological therapy role with Oxleas NHS Foundation Trust at Portland (DT5 1EQ), working within the Dorset prisons cluster as a Clinical/Forensic/Counselling Psychologist or Psychological Therapist. This permanent, part‑time Band 7 post offers a supported preceptorship to Band 8a and a pro‑rata salary of £47,810–£62,682. You’ll join a nationally respected, long‑established Psychological Therapies department that values trauma‑informed practice and meaningful resettlement work — a chance to do high‑impact clinical work while being part of a warm, dynamic team that supports staff wellbeing and career growth.

You will manage a clinical caseload, deliver specialist assessments, formulations and interventions, and provide supervision to assistant psychologists, students and trainees.
