Work as a Healthcare Support Worker with Practice Plus Group at HMP Bullingdon, a Category B male remand and resettlement prison near Bicester. This full-time role (37.5 hrs/week) offers varied clinical practice across primary care, mental health and substance misuse: you’ll run clinics, take bloods, support vaccinations, manage wounds, carry out induction assessments, work on the wings, respond to emergencies and help deliver continuity of care for complex patients. Shift patterns include days, long days and nights, with a rota published six weeks in advance to help you plan family and personal commitments.

This post suits compassionate, non‑judgemental carers keen to develop clinical skills — ideal if you hold or are working towards NVQ Level 2/3 in Healthcare or have hospital/A&E or secure setting experience. Practice Plus Group provides a tailored induction (including Health in Justice training), a dedicated learning platform, clear career pathways, a pension and rising annual leave up to 28 days plus bank holidays, and 24/7 wellbeing support.
