Main duties of the job
Support to meet the following outcomes:For the cleint to live in a well maintained, clean, safe & habitable environment.The client requires support to access the local community and to engage in activities of their choice.Support with food shopping every week, to budget and compose a meal plan to allow them to eat a healthy nutritious diet.Support with making appointments, liaising with other professionals and also to collect her weekly prescription.
