Support patients at Cauldwell Medical Centre as a Health Care Assistant with East London NHS Foundation Trust, based on Kempston Rd MK42 9DJ. This hands‑on primary care role sees you working alongside Practice Nurses and ACPs, delivering phlebotomy, ECGs, blood pressure and glucose monitoring, heights, weights and urinalysis; you may also undertake spirometry and vaccinations if trained. You’ll co‑ordinate diabetic care plans, take part in NHS Health Checks and health promotion projects, and use routine contacts to help patients navigate results and self‑care.
