Make a real difference to local NHS services as a Communication & Engagement Support Officer with Coventry and Rugby GP Alliance in Coventry (CV1). In this permanent role (full- or part-time), you will turn complex healthcare information into clear, engaging content across digital platforms, social media and newsletters, support internal and external engagement, and help senior leaders share news and developments. Day-to-day tasks include content management using CMS tools, design work in Canva and Adobe, basic analytics, stakeholder liaison, event support and routine administration. The post requires strong copywriting, attention to detail, confidence simplifying complex messages for diverse audiences, good organisational skills and experience with Microsoft Office; an English A-level (or equivalent) is essential and a DBS check will be required. Salary is £12.21 per hour and the role is not eligible for Skilled Worker visa sponsorship.
