You will be supporting the Head of Healthcare, Deputy's and Business Manager with tasks like data reporting, meeting preparation and minutes, diary management and general admin support!Interviews will take place on Friday 5 December for this role.Hours:This is a part time role, working 30 hours per week, Monday - Thursday, 07:30 - 16:00.

Main duties of the job
As our new Administrator, your responsibilities will include:Provide excellent admin support to the senior management team here at HMP WakefieldManage diaries for the senior team, including the Head of Healthcare and Deputy HeadsComplete data reporting using excelPrepare agendas for senior team meetings, minute take in meetings and summarise for the teamSupport the senior team with general admin dutiesIf you are interested incareer development,we have a wide range of opportunities for you to develop your skills and

of supporting senior staff in an admin role
Experience
of manging the diaries of up to 5 senior members of staffAdvanced Excel skills, including formulae, pivot tables and reportingAbility to collate and manipulate data using ExcelAny

using a healthcare system such as SystmOne would be a bonus
Experience
liaising with a variety of stakeholders and colleagues, both internal and externalSecure environments are one of the most challenging, yet rewarding places for healthcare professionals to work.
