Practice Plus Group is looking for a Management Support Administrator to join the Health in Justice team based at HMP Wakefield (Category A male prison), Wakefield WF2. This permanent, part‑time role is 30 hours per week (Monday–Thursday, 07:30–16:00) with a salary up to £28,574 FTE (pro rata). You will support the Head of Healthcare, deputy leads and the Business Manager with diary management for senior staff, advanced Excel data reporting and manipulation (including formulae and pivot tables), preparation of agendas, taking and summarised minutes, and general administrative tasks. Experience of supporting multiple senior colleagues, confidence with data and healthcare systems (SystmOne an advantage) will set you up for success. Please note the role requires the right to work in the UK and is subject to security vetting and a DBS check; interviews are scheduled for Friday 5 December.
