As a Band 4 Maternity Vaccination Fail Safe Officer you will provide the administrative backbone to Royal Surrey’s Outstanding maternity vaccination programme, working 22.5 hours over three days in a permanent, part‑time role based at Royal Surrey Hospital, Guildford (GU2). This role focuses on maternal Flu, Pertussis and RSV vaccines for pregnant women: booking and overseeing appointments, managing vaccine stock and ordering, completing GP reporting and monthly returns, and coordinating clinic capacity to ensure timely, safe coverage.
