Summarising clinical records, maintaining a robust audit trail and updating GP clinical systems using Read codes, this position sits within NWSSP’s Quality Assurance Summarising Team based at Matrix House, Swansea (SA6 8BX). You’ll receive paper and electronic records, scrutinise and extract key clinical information with precision, ensure safe storage and transport, and liaise with GP practices and internal stakeholders to resolve queries. The role demands excellent attention to detail, confidentiality, strong organisational and IT skills (Word, PowerPoint, Access, Excel), experience in a primary care setting and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team — Welsh speakers are welcome and desirable.

This is a fixed-term secondment until 31/03/2026 (9 months full-time) at Agenda for Change Band 3, £25,313–£26,999 pa pro rata.
