The Midlands Partnership NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an enthusiastic and organized Occupational Therapy Assistant to support their Older Adult Community Mental Health and Dementia team in East Staffordshire, covering areas such as Lichfield, Tamworth, and Burton. The role involves delivering evidence-based occupational therapy interventions in various settings, including patients' homes and community locations, while collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team.
