Job description
This role is ideal for experienced carers seeking Band 3 progression and for those new to healthcare who want structured development. MFT offers a Support Worker Development Programme (including the Care Certificate where needed), skills assessment and clinical modules to help you move into higher bands, plus a large, digitally enabled Trust environment with excellent learning, research and sustainability credentials.
