As an Outpatient Healthcare Assistant with HCRG Care Group at Farnham Hospital (GU9), you will support the day-to-day running of multiple outpatient clinics, working alongside nurses, clinicians and reception staff to ensure patients are treated with respect and dignity throughout their visit. The role is 35 hours per week with flexible hours between 08:00–17:30, Monday to Friday, and offers a salary of £23,875 to £26,155.50 depending on experience. Typical duties include assisting with administrative and non‑nursing tasks under the OPD Manager’s guidance, using electronic patient records, reporting changes in patient condition, supporting clinic planning and infection control, managing equipment and stock, and escalating risks when needed. The post is suitable for Band 2 or Band 3 applicants (Care Certificate is essential for Band 3) and is subject to a DBS check.
