As a Patient Care Navigator (Medical Receptionist) with Priory Medical Group in York (YO31), you’ll be the warm, skilled first point of contact for patients across two local surgeries. The role blends face‑to‑face reception duties and telephone work with essential admin: checking in patients, managing appointments and prescription requests, preparing forms for tests and procedures, retrieving notes, liaising with hospitals and medical teams, and maintaining consulting rooms.
