Job summary
Fareham & Portchester PCN (FPPCN) Comprises 4 practices.This is Fareham Centre Practice, Gudgeheath Lane Surgery, Westlands MedicalCentre, and Portchester Practice. We have a patient population of approximately47,500 with a diverse workforce of Paramedics, Nurses, ANP, General PracticeAssistants, Care Co-ordinators, FCP Physio's, Social Prescribers and a Team of Clinical Pharmacists and Pharmacy Technicians. These are supported by themanagement and administration teams. We also pride ourselves on the excellentin-house supervision program we have been developing over the past 5 years toensure maximum support and guidance from the GPs working alongside you. Main duties of the job

Job responsibilities
This role is for 15 hours per week. One shift will need to cover a Friday PM for practice cover.
