Job description
Support senior managers across Operational Services at Derbyshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust by providing a comprehensive secretarial service from our Kingsway Hospital base in Derby (DE22). This part‑time, permanent Personal Assistant role (Agenda for Change Band 4, £27,485–£30,162 pro rata) involves diary and email management using Microsoft Outlook, preparing agendas and papers, accurate minute‑taking (including audio/video typing), word processing, maintaining confidential electronic filing and coordinating meetings — both in person and virtually. You will also support disciplinary, investigation and complaint processes that carry tight deadlines, provide cover for other PAs and the office manager, and travel to other sites when required. A DBS check is mandatory for this post.

The Trust promotes a People First culture with flexible working where possible, structured learning and development, an NHS pension, generous parental benefits, access to staff networks (LGBT+, BAME, Christian), a 24/7 employee assistance programme and rising annual leave entitlements.
