Provide high‑quality clinical typing and administrative support at Sheffield Children’s NHS Foundation Trust (Western Bank, Sheffield, S10). Working with the Secretarial Team Leader and clinical staff across Trauma & Orthopaedics, Ophthalmology, ENT/Plastics, Neurosurgery and the Paediatric Surgical Unit, you will type clinical letters from notes or dictation, manage correspondence, ensure clinic letters meet required standards and are sent on time, update RTT information and databases, check appointments and waiting lists, handle routine office duties (filing, photocopying, post) and provide telephone support to parents, escalating complex issues when needed to help deliver excellent patient care.
