A 12‑month Senior Clinical Fellow in Emergency Medicine (ST3+) at Leeds General Infirmary and St James’s University Hospital offers a 60/40 clinical to non‑clinical split across two major Leeds sites. You’ll deliver high‑quality emergency care on a tier‑two rota while leading and coordinating an embedded weekly in‑situ simulation programme, supporting monthly interprofessional trauma simulations and developing trauma, ultrasound and educational projects. Dedicated non‑clinical time is protected to build a non‑clinical portfolio—options include undergraduate and postgraduate teaching, simulation faculty development, curriculum design, quality improvement and guideline development, with study budget and course support available.

This opportunity is aimed at clinicians with CT3/ST3+ competencies (MBBS and MRCEM or equivalent), full GMC registration and licence to practise, ALS certification and relevant post‑registration experience; trainees working at CT3/HST level will be supported with supervision and assessments.
