Job description
This is a role for experienced, compassionate carers who can work collaboratively across multi‑disciplinary teams and build respectful therapeutic relationships with patients, families and carers. Essential criteria include NVQ/mental health level 2 or Care Certificate, competency in venepuncture, at least three years’ experience in mental health or health and social care, GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and maths and the ability to travel for outreach work; opportunities to progress via training and a personal development plan are available.
