This full‑time, permanent Band 4 role (£27,485–£30,162 pa) involves taking and managing calls from young people, parents, schools and partner agencies; carrying out structured telephone screening using local SPA protocols; identifying and escalating safeguarding, self‑harm or crisis risks to clinical colleagues; accurately recording clinical, social and contextual information; offering emotional support and practical guidance; and signposting to community or digital resources when appropriate.
