Support the Head of Pharmacy Clinical Trials & Advanced Therapies at Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust, based at The Bays, Wharf Road, London W2. This operational role pays £23.74 per hour on a bank contract and involves managing administrative and clerical staff, coordinating trial activity and performance reporting, monitoring budgets and resourcing, and acting as the key liaison with NHS consultants, pharmaceutical partners and research organisations. You will uphold research governance, validate trial data to meet performance targets, lead service improvement projects and cover for the Head when required, while organising rotas, leave and sickness to ensure continuity of service.

This vacancy suits experienced operational leaders with strong communication, organisational and IT skills (databases, spreadsheets and presentations), proven line‑management experience and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
