Play a pivotal administrative role within Leeds GP Confederation’s close‑knit Operational Team, supporting primary care services across Leeds. As Service Support Officer you will be the central point of contact for staff and patients, managing rota coordination, processing referrals, booking and amending appointments, and maintaining accurate records and SOPs. Day‑to‑day duties include diary and meeting support (agenda preparation and minute taking), data entry for service reporting, handling telephone and email enquiries sensitively and confidentially, and contributing to quality and risk tasks such as incident reporting and safeguarding. This permanent, full‑time post (up to 37.5 hours per week) is based at White Rose Office Park, LS11, pays £25,871 a year, offers flexible working and a chance to make a tangible difference to local patient care.

This opportunity will suit someone with experience in busy office or healthcare settings, good IT skills (Microsoft Office and familiarity with EMIS/SystmOne desirable), and strong organisation, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
